James Vaughan - could return to Pride Park.
Derby manager Nigel Clough is interested in bringing Everton striker James Vaughan back to the club on a loan deal.
The 22-year-old's temporary stay at Pride Park last season was cut short by a knee injury.
Clough is keen to strengthen his striking options with a long-term loan and Vaughan remains on his radar.
"We are still trying to get a striker in and we are still talking to people about that. There are a few who interest us and James is one of them," said Clough.
