The 23-year-old has been on trial at English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur for the past week and only arrives back in the country on Saturday morning.

Hunt said that he would assess the player's condition on his return and make a call on whether he will be fit to play or not.

The former Swallows boss will also be without the services of long-term absentees Emille Baron (shoulder) and Glen Salmon (knee) and will be hoping that new Angolan recruit Jose Ferreira receives his work permit in time.

Meanwhile, Wits boss Roger de Sa has no injury worries ahead of the game with just Sifiso Myeni set to miss the tie through suspension.

The Clever Boys boss is likely to blood some young talent with eight players in his squad coming up from the development ranks.

New striker Ryan Chapman, who signed from Santos during the off-season is also likely to make his debut for the club.
