Kennedy Mweene has warned Free State Stars defence ahead of their match against Mamelodi Sundowns urging them to be 'awake'.
The goalkeeper will be hoping his side can break their three match-run without a win when they take on the Brazilians.
He told the club's website: "Our team has been very unlucky in their past two games, defeat against Kaizer Chiefs and Bloemfontein Celtic respectively. We created scores of chances but failed to convert them. Sundowns are arguably the best attacking side in the PSL, so our defence needs to be wide awake.
"Every game is now a cup final for us as we are really lying on the wrong side of the log table so we need to start picking up points and there is no other time than starting tomorrow with Sundowns, especially that we will be playing at home."
Gordon Igesund will welcome back his captain Duncan Lechesa who missed the 0-0 draw against Ajax Cape Ton in mid-week.
Lechesa said: "It is good to be part of the team again after missing the midweek game against Ajax Cape Town due to suspension.
"Playing Mamelodi Sundowns has never been easy, they look like they have finally found their footing, but as much as they need the maximum points to close the gap opened by Supersport we also need points to move away from relegation zone.
"I must say the spirit in the camp is very high following midweek good results, so it is up to us to continue where we left off as far as displaying good performance is concerned."
