Yakubu Aiyegbeni has saluted his team-mates after Nigeria booked their place at the 2010 World Cup against Kenya on Saturday.
The Everton hitman bagged the Super Eagles' second goal in an action-packed 3-2 win, which ensured Shaibu Amodu's men would make the trip to South Africa next year after Mozambique stunned Tunisia 1-0.
"I want to give praise to God and my fellow players for making this happen. It is a collective effort not just we, the goal scorers, but every player because without them we would not have been able to score on our own," the striker said after the game.
Meanwhile, fellow forward Nwankwo Kanu, was clearly overwhelmed and simply added: "Its God's work."
It will be Nigeria's fourth appearance at the World Cup finals since first featuring in the 1994 edition.
